\u201cCreative Heads worked with VDIS in the capacity of a Project and Performance management consultants a couple of years back. Their intervention was to identify the developmental and process related gaps in the workings of our project management team. They did so by leading two of our projects for 3-4 months each. In doing so, they set up systems and processes that made management of our projects more qualitative and less time consuming, which meant that each project manager was able to manage multiple projects at one time without getting psyched out! Their final intervention was to monitor and evaluate the performance of the work done by the project managers. This I felt, was the trickiest and the most thankless part of their work with us, and given that Creative Heads was able to switch between the 'hard taskmaster' and the 'egging-on coach' with great ease, their work bore very impactful results for us. \n\n\nI wish them the best in thie future endeavours, and hope that like VDIS, they are able to create 'positive dents' in each and every organisation they work with.\u201d\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t

Hemant is a very good facilitator, full of energy and interactive. I had a chance to listen and interact with him for two continuous days, during team building training sessions. \nHis training program bind people together and indulge them to think. His sessions are designed in a unique way which brings fun along with learning. \n\n\nTraining tools - riddles, games and sessions - are pitched in a style which brings in a sense of motivation. Each individual - even the most introvert- start interacting.\nHis all day long energy to speak at a constant high pitch makes me wonder his diet schedule.
